Confirm the property is in the expected condition shortly before closing; this is not a new inspection.
- □Agreed repairs appear complete; bring receipts or permits if applicable
- □Property condition is materially consistent with the contract
- □Included appliances, fixtures, remotes, keys, and accessories remain
- □Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, windows, and major appliances are checked
- □No new visible leaks, damage, debris, or abandoned personal property
- □Questions are documented and raised before settlement
